제76조 보험료의 부담

직장가입자의 보수월액보험료는 직장가입자와 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 자가 각각 보험료액의 100분의 50씩 부담한다. 다만, 직장가입자가 교직원으로서 사립학교에 근무하는 교원이면 보험료액은 그 직장가입자가 100분의 50을, 제3조제2호다목에 해당하는 사용자가 100분의 30을, 국가가 100분의 20을 각각 부담한다. <개정 2014.1.1>
1. 직장가입자가 근로자인 경우에는 제3조제2호가목에 해당하는 사업주
2. 직장가입자가 공무원인 경우에는 그 공무원이 소속되어 있는 국가 또는 지방자치단체
3. 직장가입자가 교직원(사립학교에 근무하는 교원은 제외한다)인 경우에는 제3조제2호다목에 해당하는 사용자
The monthly premium for the salary of a workplace subscriber shall be borne by the workplace subscriber and the person in accordanceance with the following subparagraphs, each bearing 50 percent of the premium amount. However, if the workplace subscriber is a faculty member employed by a private school, the premium amount shall be borne by the workplace subscriber at 50 percent, the employer falling under Article 3, Subparagraph 2, Item (c) at 30 percent, and the State at 20 percent, respectively. <Amended by Act No. 11153, Jan. 1, 2014> 1. 직장가입자의 보수 외 소득월액보험료는 직장가입자가 부담한다. <개정 2024.2.6>
The monthly premium for income exceeding salary of a workplace subscriber shall be borne by the workplace subscriber. <Amended by Act No. 12319, Feb. 6, 2024>
지역가입자의 보험료는 그 가입자가 속한 세대의 지역가입자 전원이 연대하여 부담한다.
The premium of a regional subscriber shall be borne jointly by all regional subscribers belonging to the same household.
직장가입자가 교직원인 경우 제3조제2호다목에 해당하는 사용자가 부담액 전부를 부담할 수 없으면 그 부족액을 학교에 속하는 회계에서 부담하게 할 수 있다. <신설 2014.1.1>
