제79조의2 신용카드등으로 하는 보험료등의 납부

공단이 납입 고지한 보험료등을 납부하는 자는 보험료등의 납부를 대행할 수 있도록 대통령령으로 정하는 기관 등(이하 이 조에서 "보험료등납부대행기관"이라 한다)을 통하여 신용카드, 직불카드 등(이하 이 조에서 "신용카드등"이라 한다)으로 납부할 수 있다. <개정 2017.2.8>
A person who pays insurance premiums, etc. that have been notified for payment by the Corporation may pay them by credit card, debit card, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "credit card, etc." in this Article) through an institution, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "insurance premium payment agency" in this Article) as prescribed by Presidential Decree to act as an agent for the payment of insurance premiums, etc. <Amended by Act No. 14577, Feb. 8, 2017>
제1항에 따라 신용카드등으로 보험료등을 납부하는 경우에는 보험료등납부대행기관의 승인일을 납부일로 본다.
Where insurance premiums, etc. are paid by credit card, etc. pursuant to Paragraph ①, the date of approval by the insurance premium payment agency shall be deemed the date of payment.
보험료등납부대행기관은 보험료등의 납부자로부터 보험료등의 납부를 대행하는 대가로 수수료를 받을 수 있다.

보험료등납부대행기관의 지정 및 운영, 수수료 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
