제81조의5(서류의 송달) 제79조 및 제81조에 관한 서류의 송달에 관한 사항과 전자문서에 의한 납입 고지 등에 관하여 제81조의6에서 정하지 아니한 사항에 관하여는 「국세기본법」 제8조(같은 조 제2항 단서는 제외한다)부터 제12조까지의 규정을 준용한다. 다만, 우편송달에 의하는 경우 그 방법은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따른다. <개정 2023.5.19>
Translation
The provisions of Articles 8 through 12 of the Framework Act on National Taxes (excluding the proviso to paragraph (2) of Article 8) shall apply mutatis mutandis to matters concerning the service of documents related to Articles 79 and 81, and to matters not prescribed in Article 81-6 regarding notification of payment by electronic document. However, if service is made by mail, the method shall be determined by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 18485, May 19, 2023>
