제81조의5(서류의 송달) 제79조 및 제81조에 관한 서류의 송달에 관한 사항과 전자문서에 의한 납입 고지 등에 관하여 제81조의6에서 정하지 아니한 사항에 관하여는 「국세기본법」 제8조(같은 조 제2항 단서는 제외한다)부터 제12조까지의 규정을 준용한다. 다만, 우편송달에 의하는 경우 그 방법은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따른다. <개정 2023.5.19>

① Matters concerning the service of documents relating to Articles 79 and 81, and matters not provided for in Article 81-6 regarding notification of payment by electronic document, etc., shall apply mutatis mutandis to Articles 8 through 12 of the Framework Act on National Taxes (excluding the proviso to paragraph (2) of the same Article).
