제86조 보험료등의 충당과 환급

공단은 납부의무자가 보험료등ㆍ연체금 또는 체납처분비로 낸 금액 중 과오납부(過誤納付)한 금액이 있으면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 과오납금을 보험료등ㆍ연체금 또는 체납처분비에 우선 충당하여야 한다. <개정 2019.12.3>
The Corporation shall, in accordance with the Enforcement Decree, apply any overpaid amount among the amounts paid by the obligor as premiums, etc., arrears, or delinquent collection costs, preferentially to premiums, etc., arrears, or delinquent collection costs. <Amended by Act No. 16852, Dec. 3, 2019>
공단은 제1항에 따라 충당하고 남은 금액이 있는 경우 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 납부의무자에게 환급하여야 한다. <개정 2019.12.3>
