제93조(근로자의 권익 보호) 제6조제2항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하지 아니하는 모든 사업장의 근로자를 고용하는 사용자는 그가 고용한 근로자가 이 법에 따른 직장가입자가 되는 것을 방해하거나 자신이 부담하는 부담금이 증가되는 것을 피할 목적으로 정당한 사유 없이 근로자의 승급 또는 임금 인상을 하지 아니하거나 해고나 그 밖의 불리한 조치를 할 수 없다.
Translation
An employer who employs workers at any workplace not falling under any of the subparagraphs of Article 6(2) shall not, without just cause, deny a promotion or wage increase to a worker, or dismiss or take other disadvantageous measures against the worker, for the purpose of preventing the employed worker from becoming a workplace subscriber under this Act or avoiding an increase in the employer's contributions.
