제96조의4 서류의 보존

요양기관은 요양급여가 끝난 날부터 5년간 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 제47조에 따른 요양급여비용의 청구에 관한 서류를 보존하여야 한다. 다만, 약국 등 보건복지부령으로 정하는 요양기관은 처방전을 요양급여비용을 청구한 날부터 3년간 보존하여야 한다.
A medical care institution shall preserve documents related to claims for medical care benefit costs under Article 47 for 5 years from the date the medical care benefit ends, as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. However, a medical care institution, such as a pharmacy, as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, shall preserve prescriptions for 3 years from the date of claiming medical care benefit costs.
사용자는 3년간 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 자격 관리 및 보험료 산정 등 건강보험에 관한 서류를 보존하여야 한다.
