제100조 결정기간

공단은 심사청구를 받은 날부터 60일 이내에 결정을 하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사정이 있는 경우에는 위원장이 직권으로 30일을 연장할 수 있다.
The Corporation shall make a decision within 60 days from the date of receiving the request for examination. Provided, however, that if there are unavoidable circumstances, the Chairperson may, by his or her own discretion, extend the period by 30 days.
제1항 단서에 따라 결정기간을 연장하면 결정기간이 끝나기 7일 전까지 청구인에게 이를 알려야 한다.
If the decision period is extended pursuant to the proviso of Paragraph ①, the claimant shall be notified thereof at least 7 days before the expiration of the decision period.
제95조에 따른 보정기간은 제1항에 따른 결정기간에 산입하지 아니한다.
The period for supplementary submission of documents prescribed by Article 95 shall not be included in the decision period prescribed by Paragraph ①.
