제103조 재심사청구의 방식

1. 재심사청구를 하는 자와 처분을 받은 자가 다른 경우에는 처분을 받은 자의 성명, 주소 및 주민등록번호
2. 재심사청구를 하는 자 및 처분을 받은 자가 가입자 또는 가입자였던 자가 아닌 경우에는 해당 가입자 또는 가입자였던 자의 성명, 주소 및 주민등록번호
① When a person who objects to a decision on a request for review under Article 110 of the Act makes a request for reconsideration, in addition to applying the matters that must be included according to Article 28 (2) of the Administrative Appeals Act, the following matters shall be stated. <Amended by Act No. 10422, Jul. 26, 2010> 1. If the person making the request for reconsideration and the recipient of the disposition are different, the name, address, and resident registration number of the recipient of the disposition. 2. If the person making the request for reconsideration and the recipient of the disposition are not subscribers or former subscribers, the name, address, and resident registration number of such subscriber or former subscriber.
