제104조 재심사위원회의 구성 등

법 제111조제1항에 따른 국민연금재심사위원회(이하 "재심사위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함한 20명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2013.8.6>
The National Pension Reconsideration Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Reconsideration Committee") under Article 111, Paragraph 1 of the Act shall be composed of a Chairperson and not more than 20 other members. <Amended by Act No. 11976, Aug. 6, 2013>
위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자 중에서 보건복지부장관이 임명하거나 위촉하는 자로 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>
1. 보건복지부 소속 3급 또는 4급 공무원이나 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직 공무원
2. 판사나 검사 또는 변호사의 자격이 있는 자
3. 「고등교육법」 제2조에 따른 대학에서 부교수 이상의 직에 재직하고 있는 자
4. 사회보험 또는 의료에 관한 학식과 경험이 있는 자 중에서 보건복지부장관이 자격이 있다고 인정하는 자
The members shall be appointed or recommended by the Minister of Health and Welfare from among persons falling under any of the following subparagraphs. <Amended by Act No. 10169, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 10148, Mar. 15, 2010> 1. Public officials of Grade 3 or 4 belonging to the Ministry of Health and Welfare, or general public officials belonging to the senior civil service corps 2. Persons qualified as a judge, prosecutor, or lawyer 3. Persons serving in a position of associate professor or higher at a university under Article 2 of the Higher Education Act 4. Persons with knowledge and experience in social insurance or medical care, who are recognized as qualified by the Minister of Health and Welfare
