재심사위원회에 간사 1명을 둔다.

A review committee shall have one secretary.

간사는 보건복지부장관이 보건복지부 소속 공무원 중에서 임명한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>

The secretary shall be appointed by the Minister of Health and Welfare from among public officials belonging to the Ministry of Health and Welfare. <Amended by Act No. 9411, Feb. 29, 2008, Act No. 10142, Mar. 15, 2010.>

간사는 위원장의 명을 받아 재심사위원회의 사무를 처리한다.
