법 제122조의2제1항에 따라 공단은 수급자 중에서 수급권 변경 또는 소멸 확인이 필요한 사람을 대상으로 조사를 실시한다.
Pursuant to Article 122-2, Paragraph 1 of the Act, the Corporation shall conduct investigations targeting beneficiaries for whom confirmation of changes or extinguishment of benefit rights is necessary.
제1항에 따른 조사는 자료 확인, 현장 조사, 전화, 우편 또는 그 밖에 법 제122조의2제1항에 따른 연간조사계획에서 정한 방법으로 실시한다.
The investigation under Paragraph ① shall be conducted through data verification, on-site investigation, telephone, mail, or other methods prescribed in the annual investigation plan under Article 122-2, Paragraph 1 of the Act.
법 제122조의2제3항에 따라 급여 지급을 중지하려는 경우에는 제56조를 준용한다.
In the case of suspending benefit payments pursuant to Article 122-2, Paragraph 3 of the Act, Article 56 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
