국민연금심의위원회에 간사 1명을 두되, 보건복지부장관이 보건복지부 소속 공무원 중에서 임명한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>

The National Pension Deliberation Committee shall have one secretary, who shall be appointed by the Minister of Health and Welfare from among public officials belonging to the Ministry of Health and Welfare. <Amended by Act No. 9183, Feb. 29, 2008, Act No. 10167, Mar. 15, 2010>
