제21조 연금보험료 체납에 따른 자격 상실

제21조(연금보험료 체납에 따른 자격 상실) 법 제12조제3항제5호, 법 제13조제3항제4호에 따라 임의가입자와 임의계속가입자가 그 자격을 상실하게 되는 연금보험료의 체납기간은 6개월로 한다. 다만, 천재지변이나 그 밖에 부득이한 사유로 기간 내에 연금보험료를 낼 수 없었음을 증명하면 그렇지 않다. <개정 2024.1.23>

Translation

① The period of arrears in pension insurance premiums during which voluntary subscribers and voluntary continuing subscribers shall lose their qualifications pursuant to Article 12(3)5 and Article 13(3)4 of the Act shall be six months. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if it is proven that payment of pension insurance premiums could not be made within the period due to natural disaster or other unavoidable reasons. <Amended on Jan. 23, 2024>
