제25조의5 실업에 대한 가입기간 추가 산입에 따른 연금보험료의 지원범위 등

법 제19조의2제3항 후단에 따른 연금보험료의 지원범위는 같은 항 전단에 따른 연금보험료의 4분의 3의 범위에서 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
The scope of support for pension insurance premiums under the latter part of Article 19-2(3) of the Act shall be determined and publicly announced by the Minister of Health and Welfare within the scope of three-quarters of the pension insurance premiums under the former part of the same paragraph.
법 제19조의2제3항 후단에 따라 일반회계, 법 제101조에 따른 국민연금기금 및 「고용보험법」 제78조에 따른 고용보험기금에서 부담하는 비율은 보건복지부장관과 고용노동부장관이 협의하여 정한다.
The ratio to be borne by the general accounts, the National Pension Fund under Article 101 of the Act, and the Employment Insurance Fund under Article 78 of the 「Employment Insurance Act」, in accordance with the latter part of Article 19-2(3) of the Act, shall be determined by the Minister of Health and Welfare and the Minister of Employment and Labor through consultation.
