제25조의6(실업에 대한 가입기간 추가 산입 업무의 위탁) 공단은 법 제19조의2제5항에 따라 직업안정기관에 법 제19조의2제1항 본문에 따른 실업에 대한 가입기간 추가 산입 신청(「고용보험법」 제42조 및 제44조에 따른 실업의 신고나 실업의 인정 신고를 하면서 가입기간 추가 산입 신청을 하는 경우로 한정한다)의 접수 업무를 위탁한다. <개정 2016.11.29>
Translation
The Corporation shall entrust the occupational placement agency with the work of receiving applications for the additional inclusion of the contribution period for unemployment pursuant to the main sentence of Article 19-2(1) of the Act, in accordance with Article 19-2(5) of the Act (limited to cases where an application for additional inclusion of the contribution period is made simultaneously with the reporting of unemployment or the reporting of acknowledgment of unemployment pursuant to Articles 42 and 44 of the Employment Insurance Act). <Amended by Nov. 29, 2016>
