이사회의 회의는 정기회와 임시회로 구분한다.

Meetings of the board of directors shall be divided into regular meetings and extraordinary meetings.

②

정기회는 매년 2월과 10월 중에 개최하되, 이사장이 소집한다.

Regular meetings shall be held in February and October of each year, and shall be convened by the chairperson.

임시회는 이사장이 필요하다고 인정할 때나 이사(상임 이사를 포함한다. 이하 같다) 3명 이상의 요구가 있을 때 이사장이 소집한다.

Extraordinary meetings shall be convened by the chairperson when the chairperson deems it necessary, or when requested by three or more directors (including standing directors. The same shall apply hereinafter).
