제28조(이사회의 회의록의 작성ㆍ비치 등) 공단 이사회의 회의록 작성과 비치 및 열람에 관하여는 국민연금심의위원회의 회의록 작성ㆍ비치에 관한 제15조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "국민연금심의위원회"는 "이사회"로, "위원장"은 "이사장"으로, "위원"은 "이사"로 본다.

Regarding the preparation, keeping, and perusal of the minutes of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, Article 15 concerning the preparation and keeping of minutes of the National Pension Deliberation Committee shall be applied mutatis mutandis. In this case, "National Pension Deliberation Committee" shall be deemed as "Board of Directors," "Chairperson" shall be deemed as "President," and "Member" shall be deemed as "Director."
