공단은 법 제46조제3항에 따라 가입자나 가입자였던 자에게 그가 낸 연금보험료의 100분의 80에 해당하는 금액의 범위에서 자금을 대여할 수 있다. <개정 2009.4.30>
The Corporation may lend funds to a subscriber or a former subscriber, within the scope of an amount equivalent to 80 percent of the pension premiums paid by him or her, pursuant to Article 46 (3) of the Act. <Amended by Apr. 30, 2009>
대여금의 이자율, 대여의 기간과 기준 및 절차 등에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>
Matters necessary for the interest rate, period, standards and procedures for loans, etc., shall be determined and publicly announced by the Minister of Health and Welfare. <Amended by Feb. 29, 2008, Mar. 15, 2010>
