제34조(규정의 제정 등) 공단은 그 내부조직, 직원의 인사, 임직원의 보수, 감사 및 기금의 관리ㆍ운용 등에 관한 각종 규정을 정하거나 변경하려는 경우에는 보건복지부장관의 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2019.7.2>
