제38조의2(부양가족연금액 및 유족연금 지급 대상의 장애 인정기준) 법 제52조의2제2호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 장애 정도에 해당하는 상태"란 「장애인복지법 시행령」 제2조제2항에 따른 장애의 정도가 심한 장애인에 해당하는 상태를 말한다.
