제39조(미지급 급여의 지급 대상 등) 법 제55조제1항 단서에 따라 미지급 급여를 지급하지 아니하는 가출ㆍ실종 등의 경우에 해당하는 사람과 미지급 급여를 지급하는 형제자매로서 수급권자에 의하여 생계를 유지하고 있는 사람은 별표 1과 같다.

① A person who has absconded or gone missing, etc., to whom unpaid benefits are not paid pursuant to the proviso to Article 55(1) of the Act, and a sibling who is paid unpaid benefits and is being supported by the beneficiary, shall be as specified in Attached Table 1.
