제44조(지급된 급여의 압류 금지 금액) 법 제58조제2항에 따라 수급권자에게 지급된 급여로서 압류할 수 없는 금액은 「민사집행법 시행령」 제2조 본문에서 정하는 금액으로 한다. <개정 2011.12.8>

① The amount of benefits paid to a beneficiary pursuant to Article 58 (2) of the Act that cannot be seized shall be the amount prescribed in the main sentence of Article 2 of the Enforcement Decree of the Civil Execution Act. <Amended by Act No. 11184, Dec. 8, 2011>
