법 제67조제4항에 따른 장애등급 구분의 기준은 별표 2와 같다. <개정 2016.11.29>
The standards for classifying disability ratings pursuant to Article 67(4) of the Act shall be as set forth in Attached Table 2. <Amended by Act No. 13525, Nov. 29, 2016>
공단은 장애등급을 결정하기 위하여 장애 정도를 심사한다.
The Corporation shall examine the degree of disability to determine the disability rating.
공단은 장애 정도의 적정한 심사를 위하여 장애 심사 위원을 두거나 자문 의사를 위촉할 수 있다.
The Corporation may establish disability examination committees or appoint consulting physicians to appropriately examine the degree of disability.
장애 심사 위원 및 자문 의사의 자격, 장애 정도의 판정기준이나 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>
