제47조(유족연금 지급 대상의 생계유지에 관한 인정기준) 법 제73조제1항에 따라 유족연금의 지급 대상이 되는 가입자 또는 가입자였던 자에 의하여 생계를 유지하고 있던 자에 관한 대상자별 인정기준은 별표 1과 같다.

① The criteria for recognition by beneficiary regarding persons who were being supported by a subscriber or former subscriber, and thus are eligible for survivors pension under Article 73 (1) of the Act, shall be as specified in Attached Table 1.
