제48조(유족연금의 지급 방법) 법 제73조제3항에 따라 같은 순위의 유족이 2명 이상 있을 때의 유족연금의 지급 방법에 관하여는 제40조를 준용한다.

① With respect to the method of payment of a survivor's pension when there are two or more survivors of the same rank, pursuant to Article 73(3) of the Act, Article 40 shall be applied mutatis mutandis.
