제51조(반환일시금의 지급 방법) 법 제77조제3항에 따라 반환일시금을 지급받을 같은 순위의 유족이 2명 이상 있는 경우 그 지급 방법에 관하여는 제40조를 준용한다.

① In cases where there are two or more surviving next of kin of the same order who are to receive a lump sum repayment under Article 77 (3) of the Act, Article 40 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the method of payment.
