제53조(사망일시금의 지급 대상 등) 법 제80조제1항 단서에 따라 사망일시금을 지급하지 아니하는 가출ㆍ실종 등의 경우에 해당하는 사람과 사망일시금을 지급하는 4촌 이내의 방계혈족으로서 가입자 또는 가입자였던 사람에 의하여 생계를 유지하고 있던 사람은 별표 1과 같다.

Translation

The persons falling under cases such as absence or disappearance, for whom a lump-sum death benefit is not paid pursuant to the proviso to Article 80(1) of the Act, and collateral blood relatives within the fourth degree of kinship to whom a lump-sum death benefit is paid and who were supported by the subscriber or former subscriber, shall be as specified in Attached Table 1.
