제54조(사망일시금의 지급 방법) 법 제80조제4항에 따라 사망일시금을 지급받을 같은 순위자가 2명 이상 있을 경우 그 지급 방법에 관하여는 제40조를 준용한다. <개정 2021.6.29>

① Where there are two or more persons of the same priority entitled to receive the lump-sum death benefit pursuant to Article 80 (4) of the Act, Article 40 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the method of payment. <Amended by Act No. XXXXX, June 29, 2021>
