1. 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 요양 지시에 따르지 아니하면 급여의 1천분의 800에서 1천분의 1,000까지
2. 정당한 사유 없이 요양 지시에 따르지 아니하면 급여의 1천분의 500에서 1천분의 800까지
