제59조의2(양수인의 범위) 법 제90조의2제2항 후단에 따른 양수인의 범위는 사업장별로 그 사업에 관한 모든 권리(미수금에 관한 것은 제외한다)와 모든 의무(미지급금에 관한 것은 제외한다)를 포괄적으로 승계한 자로 한다.

① The scope of an assignee pursuant to the latter part of Article 90-2(2) of the Act shall be a person who has comprehensively succeeded to all rights (excluding those concerning uncollected receivables) and all obligations (excluding those concerning unpaid amounts) relating to the business on a per-workplace basis.
