건강보험공단은 법 제95조제1항에 따라 사업장가입자의 연금보험료와 그에 따른 징수금의 납부를 독촉할 때에는 납부 기한이 지난 후 20일 이내에 해당 사업장가입자의 사용자에게 독촉장을 발부하여야 한다. <개정 2010.8.17>
The National Health Insurance Service shall, when demanding payment of pension insurance premiums and related collection fees from workplace-based insured persons pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Act, issue a demand notice to the employer of the relevant workplace-based insured person within 20 days after the due date for payment. <Amended by Act No. 10502, Aug. 17, 2010>
