제70조의6 우편송달

제70조의6(우편송달) 공단 및 건강보험공단이 법 제96조 단서에 따라 법 제57조의2, 제88조의2 및 제95조에 따른 서류를 우편으로 송달할 때에는 「국세기본법」 제10조제2항 본문에도 불구하고 일반우편으로 송달할 수 있다.

Translation

① The Corporation and the National Health Insurance Service may, when delivering documents pursuant to Articles 57-2, 88-2, and 95 of this Act, in accordance with the proviso of Article 96 of this Act, deliver them by ordinary mail, notwithstanding the main sentence of Article 10(2) of the Framework Act on National Taxes.
