건강보험공단의 이사장은 법 제88조제2항 및 제97조에 따른 연금보험료 및 연체금의 징수 업무를 담당하게 하기 위하여 건강보험공단의 상임이사 중에서 연금보험료 세입징수관을 임명할 수 있고, 건강보험공단의 직원 중에서 분임연금보험료 세입징수관을 임명할 수 있다. <개정 2010.8.17>
The Chairman of the National Health Insurance Service may appoint a Chief Revenue Officer for Pension Insurance Premiums from among the standing directors of the National Health Insurance Service to be in charge of collecting pension insurance premiums and late fees pursuant to Article 88 (2) and Article 97 of the Act, and may appoint a Deputy Chief Revenue Officer for Pension Insurance Premiums from among the employees of the National Health Insurance Service. <Amended by 2010.8.17>
공단의 이사장은 제1항에 따른 징수금 외의 법에 따른 징수금에 대한 징수 등의 업무를 담당하게 하기 위하여 공단의 상임이사 중에서 반납추납보험료등세입징수관을 임명할 수 있고, 공단의 직원 중에서 분임반납추납보험료등세입징수관을 임명할 수 있다. <신설 2010.8.17, 2015.6.30>
