제72조의3 보험료정보공개심의위원회의 구성 및 운영

보험료정보공개심의위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 11명의 위원으로 구성한다.
The Premium Information Disclosure Deliberation Committee shall be composed of 11 members, including one chairperson.
보험료정보공개심의위원회의 위원장은 건강보험공단의 임원 중 보험료 징수 업무를 담당하는 상임이사가 되고, 위원은 건강보험공단의 이사장이 다음 각 호의 사람을 임명하거나 위촉한다.
1. 공단 소속 직원 1명
2. 건강보험공단 소속 직원 3명
3. 연금보험료 징수에 관한 사무를 담당하는 보건복지부 소속 3급 또는 4급 공무원 1명
4. 국세청 소속 3급 또는 4급 공무원 1명
5. 법률, 회계 또는 사회보험에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 4명
The chairperson of the Premium Information Disclosure Deliberation Committee shall be a standing director of the National Health Insurance Service in charge of premium collection duties among the executives of the National Health Insurance Service. The members shall be appointed or commissioned by the Chairperson of the National Health Insurance Service from among the following persons: 1. One employee of the National Health Insurance Service 2. Three employees of the National Health Insurance Service 3. One public official of Grade 3 or 4 belonging to the Ministry of Health and Welfare in charge of affairs related to pension premium collection 4. One public official of Grade 3 or 4 belonging to the National Tax Service 5. Four persons with extensive knowledge and experience in law, accounting, or social insurance.
제2항제1호부터 제4호까지에 따른 위원의 임기는 그 재임기간으로 하고, 제2항제5호에 따른 위원의 임기는 2년으로 하되, 한 차례 연임할 수 있다.
The term of office for members referred to in subparagraphs 1 to 4 of paragraph ② shall be their term of service, and the term of office for members referred to in subparagraph 5 of paragraph ② shall be two years, provided that they may serve one additional term.
보험료정보공개심의위원회의 회의는 위원장을 포함한 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
Meetings of the Premium Information Disclosure Deliberation Committee shall be convened with the attendance of a majority of the total number of members, including the chairperson, and decisions shall be made with the approval of a majority of the attending members.
제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 보험료정보공개심의위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 건강보험공단이 정한다.
Matters necessary for the composition and operation of the Premium Information Disclosure Deliberation Committee, other than those prescribed in paragraphs ① to ④, shall be determined by the National Health Insurance Service.
