Article 72-4 (Disqualification and Recusal of Members of the Premium Information Disclosure Deliberation Committee)
제72조의4 보험료정보공개심의위원회 위원의 제척ㆍ회피

보험료정보공개심의위원회 위원으로서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람은 심의ㆍ의결에서 제척된다.
1. 체납자의 배우자ㆍ친족이거나 배우자ㆍ친족이었던 사람
2. 체납자의 대리인이거나 대리인이었던 사람
A member of the Premium Information Disclosure Deliberation Committee falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall be disqualified from deliberation and resolution: 1. A person who is or was the spouse or relative of the defaulter. 2. A person who is or was the agent of the defaulter.
보험료정보공개심의위원회 위원은 제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하거나 불공정한 의결을 할 우려가 있는 때에는 스스로 그 안건의 심의ㆍ의결을 회피할 수 있다. 이 경우 회피하려는 위원은 위원장에게 그 사유를 밝혀야 한다.
A member of the Premium Information Disclosure Deliberation Committee may voluntarily recuse themselves from deliberation and resolution of an agenda item if they fall under any of the subparagraphs of paragraph 1, or if there is a concern that they may render an unfair resolution. In this case, the member intending to recuse themselves shall inform the Chairperson of the reason.
