운용위원회의 위원장은 운용위원회를 대표하며, 위원회의 사무를 총괄한다.

The chairperson of the Management Committee shall represent the Management Committee and supervise the affairs of the committee.

②

위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 공익을 대표하는 위원 중에서 위원장이 미리 지정하는 자가 그 직무를 대행한다.

When the chairperson is unable to perform his or her duties for unavoidable reasons, a person designated in advance by the chairperson from among the members representing the public interest shall act on behalf of the chairperson.
