공단 및 건강보험공단은 징수한 연금보험료 등의 총액을 일별로 국민연금기금 계정에 내야 한다. <개정 2010.8.17>
The Corporation and the National Health Insurance Service shall pay the total amount of pension insurance premiums, etc. collected on a daily basis into the National Pension Fund account. <Amended by Act No. 10455, Aug. 17, 2010>
공단 및 건강보험공단은 전월분 연금보험료 등의 총액과 미수된 금액 등의 징수 현황을 매월 말일까지 보건복지부장관에게 문서로 각각 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2010.8.17>
