제84조(기금의 월별 운용) 보건복지부장관은 조성된 기금을 법 제107조제1항에 따른 기금 운용계획에 따라 원칙적으로 월별로 관리ㆍ운용하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>
Translation
The Minister of Health and Welfare shall, in principle, manage and operate the created fund on a monthly basis in accordance with the fund operation plan pursuant to Article 107 (1) of the Act. <Amended by Act No. 9444, Feb. 29. 2008; Act No. 10152, Mar. 15. 2010>
