공단은 매 분기 말 현재의 법 제107조제3항에 따른 기금의 운용 결과를 다음 분기 첫째 달 20일까지 운용위원회에 제출하여야 한다.
The Corporation shall submit the results of the operation of the fund pursuant to Article 107 (3) of the Act as of the end of each quarter to the Operations Committee by the 20th of the first month of the following quarter.
공단은 매 회계연도가 끝난 후 2개월 이내에 「주식회사 등의 외부감사에 관한 법률」 제2조제7호에 따른 감사인의 감사보고서를 덧붙인 연간 기금 운용 결과를 보건복지부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2018.10.30>
Within two months after the end of each fiscal year, the Corporation shall submit the annual fund operation results, attached with the auditor's audit report pursuant to Article 2 (7) of the Act on External Audits of Stock Companies, etc., to the Minister of Health and Welfare. <Amended 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2018.10.30>
