제87조(기금 운용 내용 등의 공시) 운용위원회의 위원장은 법 제107조제4항에 따라 매년 기금의 운용 내용 및 사용 내용을 「신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률」 제9조제1항에 따라 전국을 보급지역으로 등록한 일반일간신문 1개 이상 및 경제 분야 특수일간신문 1개 이상에 각각 공시하거나 관보, 인터넷 홈페이지 또는 방송 등을 통하여 공시해야 한다. 이 경우 운용위원회 위원장은 법 제104조제6항에 따라 실무평가위원회가 제출한 기금의 운용에 관한 평가 결과를 함께 공시해야 한다. <개정 2010.1.27, 2020.11.24>

① The Chairperson of the Operation Committee shall, in accordance with Article 107 (4) of the Act, disclose annually the fund's operation contents and usage contents in at least one general daily newspaper registered as having the entire country as its distribution area under Article 9 (1) of the Promotion of Newspapers, etc. Act and at least one special daily newspaper in the economic field, or through the Official Gazette, the internet homepage, or broadcasting. ② In this case, the Chairperson of the Operation Committee shall also disclose the evaluation results of the fund's operation submitted by the Working Evaluation Committee in accordance with Article 104 (6) of the Act. <Amended by Act No. 10074, Jan. 27, 2010; Act No. 17732, Nov. 24, 2020>
