Article 89 (Composition of the Examination Committee)
제89조 심사위원회의 구성

법 제109조제1항에 따른 국민연금심사위원회(이하 "심사위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함한 26명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2011.12.8>
The National Pension Examination Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Examination Committee") pursuant to Article 109(1) of the Act shall be composed of not more than 26 members, including one Chairperson. <Amended by Act No. 12150, Dec. 8, 2011>
위원은 다음 각 호에 해당하는 자 중에서 공단 이사장이 임명하거나 위촉한다. <개정 2011.12.8>
1. 공단의 실장급 이상의 임직원
2. 사용자단체가 추천하는 자
3. 근로자단체가 추천하는 자
4. 지역가입자를 대표하는 단체가 추천하는 자
5. 법률이나 의료 또는 사회보험 분야에 관한 학식과 경험이 있는 사람으로서 다음 각 목에 해당하는 사람
- 가. 변호사 자격 또는 의사 자격을 취득한 후 5년 이상 실무에 종사한 사람
- 나. 「고등교육법」 제2조에 따른 학교에서 사회보험 관련 학과의 조교수 이상으로 재직한 사람
- 다. 박사학위를 취득한 후 사회보험 관련 분야에서 5년 이상 근무한 사람
- 라. 사회보험 관련 분야에서 10년 이상 근무한 사람
The members shall be appointed or commissioned by the President of the Corporation from among persons falling under any of the following subparagraphs. <Amended by Act No. 12150, Dec. 8, 2011> 1. Executives and employees of the Corporation at or above the level of Director General 2. Persons recommended by employers' organizations 3. Persons recommended by workers' organizations 4. Persons recommended by organizations representing regional subscribers 5. Persons with knowledge and experience in the fields of law, medicine, or social insurance, who fall under any of the following items: a. Persons who have engaged in practical work for at least 5 years after obtaining a qualification as a lawyer or a medical doctor b. Persons who have served as an assistant professor or higher in a department related to social insurance at a school under Article 2 of the Higher Education Act c. Persons who have worked in a field related to social insurance for at least 5 years after obtaining a doctoral degree d. Persons who have worked in a field related to social insurance for at least 10 years
