심사위원회의 위원장은 공단의 상임이사 중 공단 이사장이 임명하는 자로 한다.

The chairperson of the review committee shall be appointed by the president of the corporation from among the standing directors of the corporation.

②

위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 지명하는 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

If the chairperson is unable to perform his or her duties due to unavoidable circumstances, a member designated by the chairperson shall act in his or her place.
