제91조(심사위원회 위원의 임기) 심사위원회 위원의 임기는 2년으로 하며, 2차례만 연임할 수 있다. 다만, 공단의 임직원인 위원의 임기는 그 직위의 재임기간으로 한다. <개정 2011.12.8>

Translation

① The term of office for members of the Review Committee shall be 2 years, and they may be reappointed for up to two additional terms. However, for members who are executives or employees of the Corporation, their term of office shall be for the duration of their tenure in that position. <Amended by Act No. 11140, Dec. 8, 2011>
