Article 92 (Meetings of the Review Committee)
제92조 심사위원회의 회의

심사위원회의 회의는 위원장과 위원장이 회의마다 지정하는 7명의 위원으로 구성한다. 이 경우 회의를 구성하는 위원에는 제89조제2항제2호부터 제4호까지에 해당하는 위원이 각 1명 이상, 같은 항 제5호에 해당하는 위원이 3명 이상 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2011.12.8>
Meetings of the Review Committee shall be composed of the Chairperson and 7 members designated by the Chairperson for each meeting. In this case, among the members composing the meeting, there shall be at least one member each falling under subparagraphs 2 to 4 of Article 89(2), and at least 3 members falling under subparagraph 5 of the same paragraph. <Amended by Act No. 11167, Dec. 8, 2011>
심사위원회의 위원장은 회의를 소집하고, 의장이 된다.
The Chairperson of the Review Committee shall convene the meeting and preside over it.
심사위원회의 회의는 구성원 과반수의 출석으로 시작하고 출석 위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
Meetings of the Review Committee shall commence with the attendance of a majority of the members and shall be resolved by the affirmative vote of a majority of the attending members.
