제95조 보정

심사위원회는 심사청구가 적법하지 아니하나 보충하여 바로잡을 수 있다고 인정되면 적절한 기간을 정하여 그 보정을 요구하여야 한다. 다만, 보충하여 바로잡을 사항이 경미한 경우에는 직권으로 바로잡을 수 있다.
If the Review Committee deems that a request for examination is not lawful but can be corrected through supplementation, it shall demand such correction within an appropriate period. However, if the matters to be corrected by supplementation are minor, the Committee may correct them ex officio.
제1항의 보정은 서면으로 하여야 하며, 보충하여 바로잡으면 처음부터 적법한 심사청구가 있는 것으로 본다.
The correction under Paragraph ① shall be made in writing, and if supplemented and corrected, the request for examination shall be deemed lawful from the beginning.
