제96조(증거 제출) 청구인은 심사청구에 대한 결정이 있기 전까지 심사위원회에 문서, 장부, 물건, 그 밖의 증거 자료를 제출할 수 있으며 심사위원회에 출석하여 의견을 진술할 수 있다.
