제99조 결정

공단은 심사청구가 적법하지 아니한 경우에는 그 심사청구를 각하하는 결정을 한다.
If the request for review is not lawful, the Corporation shall make a decision to dismiss the request for review.
공단은 심사청구가 이유 없다고 인정한 경우에는 그 심사청구를 기각하는 결정을 한다.
If the Corporation deems the request for review to be without merit, it shall make a decision to reject the request for review.
공단은 심사청구가 이유 있다고 인정한 경우에는 처분을 취소하거나 변경하는 결정을 한다.
If the Corporation deems the request for review to have merit, it shall make a decision to revoke or amend the disposition.
공단은 제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 결정을 하면 지체 없이 청구인에게 결정서의 정본을 보내야 한다.
Upon making a decision under paragraphs ① through ③, the Corporation shall promptly send a certified copy of the decision to the claimant.
