제100조의2(지역가입자 보험료 납부 의제 적용) 제8조제1항 본문에 따른 당연적용사업장이 그 기준에 미달하게 된 경우 사용자가 제21조제1항에 따라 신고할 때까지 납부한 보험료는 지역가입자로서 납부한 보험료로 본다.

When a business site that is subject to mandatory application under the main clause of Article 8 (1) no longer meets the criteria, the premiums paid by the employer until the reporting under Article 21 (1) shall be presumed to have been paid as premiums by a regional insured.
