제105조 국민연금기금 운용지침

운용위원회는 가입자의 권익이 극대화되도록 매년 다음 사항에 관한 국민연금기금운용지침(이하 "기금운용지침"이라 한다)을 마련하여야 한다. <개정 2015.1.28>
1. 공공사업에 사용할 기금 자산의 비율
2. 공공사업에 대한 기금 배분의 우선순위
3. 가입자, 가입자였던 자 및 수급권자의 복지 증진을 위한 사업비
4. 기금의 증식을 위한 가입자 및 가입자였던 자에 대한 대여사업비
5. 제102조제2항부터 제5항까지에 따른 기금의 관리ㆍ운용 현황에 관한 공시 대상 및 방법
The Management Committee shall, to maximize the rights and interests of insured persons, prepare National Pension Fund Management Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as "Fund Management Guidelines") annually regarding the following matters. <Amended by Act No. 12310, Jan. 28, 2015> 1. The proportion of fund assets to be used for public projects 2. The priority of fund allocation for public projects 3. Expenses for projects to promote the welfare of insured persons, former insured persons, and beneficiaries 4. Expenses for lending projects to insured persons and former insured persons for the purpose of increasing the fund 5. The subjects and methods of disclosure regarding the status of fund management and operation pursuant to Articles 102(2) through (5)
기금운용지침에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the Fund Management Guidelines shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
